Organize İşler

Organize İşler“Organize İşler” revolves around a good-willed gangster-to-be thief played by Yilmaz Erdogan who is a very talented actor/writer/director in Turkey. The plot is not too complicated, but the dialogs are very well written and you can giggle and laugh increasingly through out the movie. Plus, it has magnificent views of İstanbul from above, where the camera flies above this cosmopolitan, colorful, intimate city. The rest of the cast are also very skilled, most of theem best in their league. Cem Yilmaz, the most famous young comedian / actor in Turkey, has a relatively small role in the film and has done a great job with it.

I really enjoyed watching this film, felt like cruising smoothly through a hilarious story! If you are from Turkey, especially from İstanbul, you will probably have a wonderful time watching Organize Isler. But the humor is quite local and very “Turkish” at some points. Wheather a foreigner will like the film will depend on how good the translation is. Still, I think the film has a lot of jokes that you can only get if you are Turkish or if you have lived in Istanbul for a long time. Then again, if you don’t get all the jokes, you will have a great look at a great city from a cheerful, sunny screen.
